年是不平凡的一年，新冠疫情让今年被历史铭记。从疫情爆发到现在，将近一年的时间，我们的生活，工作，学习仍然没有恢复正常的秩序。我国在疫情防控有力的情况下，仍不时有感染者出现，更别提那些疫情防控不力的国家，依旧新冠肆虐。今天，国旗下讲话的主题为《科学防疫，从我做起》。

大家上午好！我们是来自高一1班的胡卓祎和高二12班的高成欣，我国旗下讲话的题目是《科学防疫，从我做起》

年是不平凡的一年，新冠疫情让今年被历史铭记。从疫情爆发到现在，将近一年的时间，我们的生活，工作，学习仍然没有恢复正常的秩序。我国在疫情防控有力的情况下，仍不时有感染者出现，更别提那些疫情防控不力的国家，依旧新冠肆虐。所以，这也为我们敲响了一个警钟。

isanextraordinaryyear,andthenovelcoronavirusepidemicwillberememberedinhistory.Fromtheoutbreaktonow,nearlyawholeyear,ourlife,workandstudyhavenotyetreturntothenormalorder.InthecaseofeffectiveepidemicpreventionandcontrolinChina,therearestillinfectedpeoplefromtimetotime.Nottomentionthosecountrieswithpoorpreventionandcontrol,theepidemicisstillrampant.Therefore,italsosoundedanalarmforus.

我相信，只要我们每个人都将防疫措施好好践行，新冠会很快销声匿迹的。除了新冠，我们也要注意预防其他的流行疾病，秋冬季还是其他流行传染疾病的频发季节，现在气温变化快，传染病主要是以呼吸道传播和消化道传播为主，同学们一定要注意增添衣物，注意饮食，不要感冒，特别注意预防流行感冒。

所以，为落实科学防疫，预防流行疾病，为我们有一个健康的身体应对接下来的学习，在此我提出以下倡议：
